The support service within the business is the technological evaluations, failure predictions, reliability enhancement, custom design solutions and energy efficiency improvement. The business also designs and install cold rooms, freezer rooms, cooling trailers and various custom refrigeration applications. We also doe repairs on butchery and restaurant equipment.

History
Bill van der Nest started his career in 1989 at an electronic college in Johannesburg as a student in electronics. He was soon employed by the college as an electronic technician. Shortly after, his training as a lecturer started. After six years he was lecturing Electronics, Industrial electronics and Refrigeration on a fulltime basis.
He then relocated back to Pretoria where he worked at an electronic manufacturing company. He achieved a lot of successes and eventually reached the highest level of Senior manager.
In 2001 he started his own business in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning and it was sold in September 2019, shortly before the Covid-19 outbreak.
Apart from the normal run of the mill work like cold room, other commercial refrigeration repairs and maintenance, domestic and commercial air conditioner work, they also did transport and mobile refrigeration, mining air conditioners, mining vehicle air conditioner repairs and maintenance.
Bill van der Nest also successfully developed a few custom refrigeration designs for example, DC air conditioner designed and installed in the Gazelle Helicopter, cooling system for the Electronic Control boards for the locomotives that is situated between the 36000V busbars, custom camper fridge, various low-energy refrigeration systems, motorcycle fridge fitted in the top box with ONE compartment running at below freezing and above freezing at the same time.
